The Orchard Program partners with community providers, case managers, social workers, and individuals who help connect people to safe, supportive housing. When you refer someone who is approved and moves into one of our homes, you receive a $150 referral payment.

This is our way of thanking you for helping us support stability, dignity, and second chances.

Here’s how the process works:
• Submit the referral form so we can officially log you as the referral source.
• Our team completes intake and eligibility screening with the person you referred.
• If they are approved and move in, they begin their membership in the program.
• Once the member completes the minimum required stay of 30 days, the referral becomes eligible for payment.
• Your $150 referral payment is issued within 7 to 10 business days, after all requirements are met and a W9 is submitted if needed.

You will receive a confirmation email once the referral is processed, and again when your payment has been released.
